The Center for Effective Therapy is an outpatient center that focuses on short-term, high-quality evidence-based treatment. With locations in Boston and Waltham, we aim to provide families with the tools they need to succeed. We treat children, teens, and young adults ages 2 through 22 and their families.
Our expert clinicians can tackle a variety of different issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, behavioral issues, and more, all using evidence-based treatments that have been proven to work. Our approach involves the entire family, with options for parents to participate in the process and receive training and guidance.
