Our Team
Sometimes words aren’t enough. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, therapy doesn’t have to happen in a chair across from someone. I offer a different approach — one that blends art-making with ecotherapy walk and talk sessions. Whether we’re creating in the studio or walking together outdoors, these sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect, and explore what’s coming up in a more embodied, creative way.
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity exploration — including LGBTQ+ experiences.

As an immigrant, I understand the difficulties of starting over in another country and dealing with all that weight on our shoulders. Being Latino and speaking Spanish allows me to work with children and Hispanic families who face challenges related to depression, anxiety, acculturative stress, and emotional processing, using music as an alternative way to express and process emotions.
I provide a supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we can work on balancing your cultural identities, fostering resilience, and reducing feelings of isolation.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure how to move forward, especially parents, teens, and young adults navigating life transitions. Many come feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected after caring for others. They’re seeking a space to exhale and be met with understanding, not judgment. Using a person-centered, humanistic approach, I offer a warm, supportive environment where clients can reconnect with themselves, build self-trust, and develop tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I approach the therapeutic relationship with creativity and a person-centered focus, fostering a safe environment where clients can share authentically. My work blends evidence-based counseling techniques with expressive and imaginative supports, including music-based interventions when helpful. I support both children and adults navigating ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and anxiety. Grounded in a strengths-based perspective, I incorporate creative approaches to enhance well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

Do you prefer having therapeutic tools and techniques to take home with you at the end of each session? Are you looking for a therapist who recognizes your strengths and will take the time to listen to your concerns with empathy and attention? As a licensed music therapist and resident in counseling, I use a combination of verbal, creative, and music-based techniques in my practice. I provide clients with an open, non-judgmental space to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
