We are big for a private practice which allows us to have great team support and a wide array of specialties without sacrificing any personalized care. Some of our top specialty areas include pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ support, parenting support, and men's issues.
We are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and use neurofeedback brain training to help regulate the central nervous system. We provide therapeutic assessment for clients interested in psychological testing. We provide Psychiatry/Medication Management and are also Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy providers.

Groups
Therapy Group for New and Expectant Mothers
Bring your baby with you or come as you are. Get professional help to catch and treat early signs of Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, or Birth Trauma. The goals of this group include helping new mothers strengthen their bonds with their babies and build secure attachments as well as processing difficult emotions that arise as a new or soon-to-be mom. We also help manage challenges with feeding, sleep, fussiness, colic, the transition into parenthood, and many other important topics. Suggested donation is $20 but no one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Please call 720.675.7123 to reserve a seat.
