As a psychotherapist with a traditional as well as holistic practice for over 24 years, I provide a warm, supportive environment for you to overcome any personal or relationship challenges you may be experiencing. I will work with you at your comfort level with the orientation that most suits you. I also specialize in working with couples to improve communication and enhance their relationships.
With years of experience doing Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, Mind/Body Work, Energy Therapies, Crisis Intervention, and Couples Therapy, I can often facilitate my clients' recovery faster than with traditional psychotherapy alone.
