Our Team
Hi, I'm Jessica, and I'm so glad you're here. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely cares. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, parenting, life transitions, and low self-esteem. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you—because there is no one-size-fits-all therapy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to listen, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.

So many people go through life without feeling truly heard. Therapy can be a rare space where you are listened to with care, curiosity, and without judgment. I strive to create a warm, safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
As a counseling intern, I primarily use mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll gently explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools for meaningful change.
