Are you navigating the heartbreak of infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, or the aftermath of a traumatic birth?
Are you a trauma survivor carrying the weight of the past?
Maybe your relationship is straining under the pressure of parenting, and you’re seeking a way to reconnect and repair.
You may appear “okay” to others while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or deeply exhausted inside. You’re not broken—and you’re not meant to carry this alone.
If you're parenting without a village or keep asking yourself "why is this so hard?" the answer is because you were never meant to do it all. Together, we work towards healing & hope.
I'm Medha & I specialize in supporting individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the emotional challenges of pregnancy or postpartum. Using gentle, trauma-informed approaches like EMDR and somatic work, I offer culturally responsive care that centers safety, compassion, and healing at your pace.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying grief that’s hard to name, you’re not alone. What you’re going through makes sense, and support can help. Therapy can be a space to feel seen, understood, and gently supported as you find your way forward—at your own pace. I invite you to reach out for a complimentary call to see how I can support you.

Compassionate Connections
A support group for women of color experiencing primary or secondary infertility. This group welcomes all female identifying individuals, including those who identify as LGBTQ++ and who are electing to be single parents by choice. You can be at any stage of your family building journey, including already having a living child(ren). Infertility affects roughly 1 in 6 women, and these numbers are higher for women of color, including Black, Asian and Latinx women. Let's come together in a supportive, brave space also facilitated by a therapist of color who gets the science as well as the culture.
