The Bridges Wellness Group (BWG) is dedicated to providing counseling, coaching, and development services to families and individuals facing mental health-related challenges. We specialize in individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, grief and loss counseling, and career counseling.
Our goal is to work with our clients to assist them on their journey as they bridge the distance between the mind-body self-concepts that can develop over time.
Because the mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected, what is happening to us physically affects us spiritually and emotionally and those emotional and spiritual things can have physical effects. At BWG we take a holistic approach to therapy by developing treatment plans that incorporate healthy eating, exercise, meditation, yoga, and wellness care.
