These moments can leave you feeling lost, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. It’s important to know that you don’t have to walk through these struggles alone. We are here to help you navigate those difficult emotions, rediscover hope, and begin healing in a safe and supportive space.
Clients experience relief from PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma through our approaches. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) —an evidence-based eye movement therapy that helps the brain release distressing memories and promotes lasting emotional healing. We also use other therapeutic techniques including CBT, EFT and others based on your needs.
Ronnie and Debbie serve as a counseling/coaching team to work with couples, marriages and premarital counseling. We have extensive experience with Parent/Family issues. Our work is grounded in Christian principles and balanced with strong therapeutic practice, faith, and compassion. We work to help you move toward greater wholeness, peace, and restoration!
