I have been a therapist for 25 years and work with most emotional diagnosis like anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders. My goal is to see you gain skills to take over your own life. To live it through your own eyes and not the eyes of others. I want to help those who feel lost and confused by the many choices of life gain the confidence to move beyond the troubled waters and find peace.
I can help build self-esteem, confidence, and tear down barriers that are a constant deterrent to the success of dreams, family and life in general. I will help you learn to love yourself as well as others.
