My ideal clients are women+ dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or self-esteem issues. Those working with me can expect to dive deeper in their knowledge of selves and learn skills to begin to truly love themselves as they are. You don't have to be the perfect mom, you don't have to lose the 10 lbs, you don't have to be perfect - you are already wholly worthy as you are.
Talk therapy is my go to, I truly want to know each client and see them as they are. Empowerment is something I love to do and teach to others. I am Brainspotting trained and working on becoming certified - this can be a great modality for those feeling stuck with just talk therapy!
Life hasn't always been kind to me. I have experienced the trauma, I have held the hands while death was knocking, I have seen so much pain but I want to create beauty from it. Please don't let a lack of resources stop you from reaching out - you're worth it!
