We believe that there isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy; it must be individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. Therfore, we utilize a "multidisciplinary approach" which may include CBT, DBT. Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing).
