I have over 30 years of experience in mental health. I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach along with practical techniques to inspire change.
I'm eager to help you get to a place of healing and restoration so that you can begin to live life to its full potential. I work with adults who may be having relationship or communication problems or adjusting from a divorce; who exhibit symptoms of anxiety, depression, codependency, low self-esteem, grief, or anger.
