Under the umbrella of the Institute of Spiritual Life and Psychotherapy, the mission of the center, is to continue to uphold the vision of our founders from over sixty years ago, to provide healing for heart, mind and spirit. Our clinicians are trained in various modalities to help meet the needs of clients where they are. We are also comfortable, at the invitation of the client, providing Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. Please visit our website to read more about us and to meet our staff.
Our Team
With compassion, empathy, active listening, and feedback we will embark on this journey towards healing and wholeness together. Our therapists are trained in a wide array of modalities we can discover together which best fits you and your needs. We seek to journey together with our clients in their process of healing and wholeness in an atmosphere which honors each person’s voice and story. Our ultimate purpose is to be catalysts for restorative healing.

Hi, I’m Katie!
You may be someone who feels internally stretched thin—carrying anxiety, self-doubt, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. You might be navigating a season of transition, relational strain, or questions about identity, purpose, or faith. You’re looking for a space where you don’t have to minimize your experiences or rush toward solutions, but can instead slow down, be understood, and make meaning of what you’re carrying—at your own pace.

I am a therapist with a passion for guiding individuals through their unique mental health journeys. My approach is rooted in a deep respect for the diverse challenges we each face in our lives. Considering therapy can be a stressful thing to do, I'm grateful for your courage in seeking support. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and symptoms of PTSD. My clients come from all walks of life, I have specific interests in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, those experiencing moral injury, and discovering how spirituality/faith contributes to psychological well-being.
