Mental Health + Movement + Community.
We believe feeling your best can happen with a therapist in an office or during a walk and talk. Maybe it happens on a reformer, in a yoga class, or while finally taking a real break. The Alignment Collective is a Portland nonprofit offering therapy for adults, couples, families, young people, and veterans at our John's Landing office suite, plus Pilates, yoga, workshops, and events at our South Waterfront studio. We also partner with Mind Body Align + The Wave in You to create restorative international surf & therapy retreats centered on mental health, movement, rest, and genuine connection.
Our Team
You may be feeling drained, anxious, sad, numb, or resentful. You’ve been holding it all together, but inside, you’re simply burned out. Maybe you’re stuck in painful patterns, carrying the weight of old trauma, or reeling from infidelity and wondering whether trust can be rebuilt. You want to feel grounded, connected, and at peace again. As a trauma therapist and clinical supervisor at The Alignment Collective in Portland, Oregon, I use EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples heal, rebuild trust, experience more joy, and find steadier ways of being with themselves and each other.

We may be a good fit if you are a highly sensitive person, a student, LGBTQ+, vegan, a mystic, an activist, a veteran/active-duty member, an artist, or free spirit.
I specialize in trauma processing, relationship issues, and identity/culture exploration. I have worked as an inpatient therapist and can support complex needs.
I am passionate about supporting folks affected by systemic marginalization and oppression, neurodiverse people, and anyone who feels outside the mainstream. I work with teens, families, couples, and individuals across the lifespan, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself.

Healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self. I specialize in supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and individuals living with disabilities or chronic illness. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we explore your experiences, build effective coping strategies, and work toward greater balance, healing, and overall well-being.

Are you carrying more than others realize while trying to hold everything together? You may be navigating trauma, chronic illness, disability, grief, burnout, or a life transition that has changed your relationship with yourself or left your body feeling unpredictable. Perhaps you’ve spent years caring for others while quietly carrying your own pain. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
I work with Adults navigating trauma, grief, chronic illness or disability, attachment wounds, and major life transitions who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or unsafe in past spaces. My goal is to offer a supportive, affirming environment where you can show up as your full self and feel genuinely seen. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the trans and queer community, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work with clients. In therapy, I draw from a range of approaches—including mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic experiencing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—to support healing in a way that is tailored to you.
