I specialize in helping people work through many issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. I have experience with people of all ages. It has been my honor to work with vulnerable populations including trans folx, unhoused teens and LGBTQIA+ clients. I am a board-approved social work supervisor and provide organized and ethical supervision for non-independently licensed social workers who need supervised hours. I offer a reduced hourly rate for supervision.
I provide calm, experienced, nuanced and deeply human support and relational connection. I approach this work with genuine respect for your dignity and integrity. I have experience working for non-profits, crisis centers, community college, inside the legal system and in community mental health.
Reaching out for support is one of the hardest things to do, but you are doing it!
