My goal is to see your own unique perspective and to help you identify choices that will lead you to your best self. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with low self-esteem, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My experience in public education also makes me an informed advocate for school-aged clients.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Georgia, Certified K-12 School Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor. My counseling experience is primarily with preteens, teenagers, and young adults but I am open to working with older individuals as well.
