I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help process distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. I also integrate attachment-focused therapy and Gottman-informed principles to support emotional regulation, healthier communication, and stronger relationships.
