Hello! I am currently a psychotherapist intern pursuing their Masters at Seattle University to amplify my knowledge on the neurobiological aspects of trauma, and to support clients in strengthening the intricate connection between mind, body and spirit. I believe that by listening to our body’s innate wisdom, we can uncover and address underlying patterns that may be contributing to our challenges. I emphasize a neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed approach which is grounded in a relational-cultural framework, recognizing the profound impact of culture, identity, and social context on our well-being.
Central to my practice is an attunement towards intersectionality and how the complexities of our experiences shape our identities and the way we view ourselves. My goal is to provide compassionate, non judgmental, adaptable, and accessible care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
A few of the identities I hold include white, queer, neurodivergent, disabled, spiritual, US-born, and non-indigenous. I am currently accepting new clients in-person and online for counseling at the AIMS Institute. If you are interested in exploring counseling with me, please reach out to the AIMS Institute office via phone or email.
