I emphasize a relational approach, recognizing the profound impact of identity, culture, and social context on our well-being. I'm especially passionate about supporting clients to find creative ways to accommodate their needs and goals. I use a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, while adapting these therapies to be accessible to you.
