Each one of us deserves access to a safe, judgment-free space. As a therapist, I fiercely defend that space for my clients, and I hope to meet you there with warmth, authenticity, and humor. I support clients who are managing anxiety or depression related to complicated relationships, stressful family dynamics, major life changes, and trauma from the past or present. Many clients are adult children of immigrant parents who are processing a lifetime of intercultural, intergenerational differences. I welcome you, whether you are brand new to therapy or returning after time away.
My style is integrative, incorporating psychodynamic psychotherapy and evidence-based practices. I treat perinatal mood & anxiety disorders and have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based model for couples. I support clients trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approach.
