I don't believe this is something to just diagnose. It came from somewhere, and mapping where is what makes real change possible. Through a humanist approach, I help you make honest sense of what happened. I also work with men and non-binary folx on anxiety and identity.
Here's how we work: first, we stabilize — getting you through the crisis and the day-to-day emotional fallout. Then we go deeper — using IFS to understand the parts of you that drove your choices and continue to sabotage. From there, we focus on repair — with your partner or within yourself. I bring equal parts warmth and directness.
You can keep carrying this alone — replaying it, managing it, hoping it fades. But it won't, not without honest understanding.
