I thoroughly enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. As a licensed psychologist having worked at different settings and with different age groups, I appreciate the nuance that each person brings to the therapy room. I work collaboratively with clients to figure out the solutions that will best meet each individual’s specific needs. For some, that can mean implementing certain strategies and solutions, while others might require a closer look at one’s identity and close relationships to determine a good path forward. I do my best to ensure that you feel valued, understood, and respected.
I specialize in therapy for youths, young adults, and early career professionals. I have special interests in areas of treatment involving anxiety, depression, attention and learning difficulties, self-esteem and self-exploration, men’s issues, and online gaming and technology addictions. I incorporate tenets of CBT and psychodynamic therapy in my work.
I highly value the rapport and connections I build with my clients, as they play the biggest role in determining the outcomes of treatment.
