We all deserve a life worth living. I specialize in working with the Latin American/Hispanic, Latinx/Latine identifying population, particularly women. If you are an immigrant or a child of immigrants, familial and cultural expectations may conflict with your own sense of self. You might feel pressured to fulfill a certain role, may be stuck in unsatisfactory relationship dynamics, or feel like the past is present due to traumatic events.
