I work with adults and teens in Orinda, Walnut Creek, and across the Bay Area navigating trauma - the big, obvious kind and the quiet kind that builds across generations. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 yrs in organizational psychology helping people and teams move through big, messy change. I think in systems: family dynamics, workplace politics, the unspoken rules you grew up with. I understand how those things shape you.
Here's what working with me is like: I'm warm, but I'm not going to just sit there and nod. I care too much for that. We'll go at your pace, but we'll go somewhere. We'll figure out where your patterns started, what they cost you now, and what you actually want instead.
