I have an interactive, relationship-focused approach, and specialize in clients who have professional licensure or a public position and unhealthy alcohol/drug use.

Many adults have wondered if they might be on the autism spectrum and seek a diagnosis later in life. I am happy to welcome those clients who want to explore spirituality within our work together. I am experienced in counseling GLBTQ clients and clients who identify as poly or kink. I enjoy working with bereaved parents and artists, musicians, and writers.

Lauren is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from University of Utah and her Master’s in Social Work from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Lauren has graduate and post-graduate clinical training in assessing, diagnosing, and treating OCD, ADHD, PTSD, school refusal, and other areas of need. Lauren specializes in treatment of adolescents and family systems, and is dedicated to this work and enjoys helping others.
