Women's Trauma Group in person at PWFC only
This group is geard specifically for women who experienced Trauma and is guided and directed by John one of our licensed providers. This group has been established and continuing for the last year and has very good feedback. If you experienced trauma as a women this is a safe and supportive environment for you to share your experience with other women and find empathy, validation, and understanding.

In person transitioning to adults group for 18+ year olds run by Dr. Angela Obeng. In person mindfulness group run by Resident Christopher Boler for 18+ year olds. In person women's trauma group run by SW Jon O. Online adult transition group run by LPC/NCC Jennie Polizzi. If you are interested in group, don't hesitate to inquire.

Adult Groups in person and online
In person we have adult groups that help address parenthood challenges, sobriety, and emotional regulation and stress. We also have several online adult groups to address challenges with adjustment, DV and healthy relationships, trauma, parent coaching, grief, and different ability support. We discuss various coping skills, problem solving, validation, education, and problem solving to assist with various life challenges.
