Only accepting Aetna Insurance. Jessica Sneed, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Texas and Arizona. She is committed to improving the well-being of her clients from a strength-based, culturally sensitive, and multi-theoretical perspective. Dr. Sneed specializes in identifying and treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She has earned certification from Postpartum Support International in this area of treatment. Dr. Sneed also specializes in race-related stress, work-life balance issues of professional women, and Christian counseling.

Brooks Psychology: Women's Wellness. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is a combination between Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy with an implementation of Creative Arts. My sessions are forward focused in which the treatment plan is focused on areas of growth. With that said every treatment plan created is personalized for the individual based on their needs, wants and symptoms, but is catered to female oriented issues. I provide community based and Telehealth services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities as well as other diagnoses like AD/HD, depression, anxiety, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I offer testing to look at diagnosis, treatment or school services, as well as for obtaining citizenship/immigration purposes, veterans benefits, guardianship, and other court purposes. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide consultation to organizations and give presentations on many topics. I offer counseling and behavioral services and conduct groups, including a PEERS social skills group.

I have been working with children, adolescents, and families for several years. I have worked in all types of outpatient settings including children's hospitals. I specialize in treating anxiety and mood related disorders as well as OCD and ADHD. I also work with parents to help them learn how to navigate the journey with their individual child's emotional and developmental needs. Parents of toddlers are welcome too!
