Parents often have questions about their child's school performance that can be best answered by an assessment of their abilities, achievement, learning styles, attention and organization skills. Whether there is a need to modify their current school program, or decide if they would benefit from a different learning setting altogether, I offer 35 years of experience evaluating and counseling elementary through college-age students. I strive to have students feel relaxed and successful during the process and convey results in user-friendly language to help parents best understand their child's learning attributes and how to provide for growth.
I have served a wide range of youth with learning, developmental, executive function and health challenges. I provide admissions testing for independent schools, assessments for mentally gifted placement, and am a psychological evaluator recommended by Albright College, Delaware Valley Friends School, Germantown Academy, Ursinus College, Villanova University and Woodlynde School.
I have experience administering ADA Documentation evaluations for students needing continued accommodations after high school, either for college, technical school or employment. Recently, I created the Life Launch Assessment designed to help undecided or unmotivated teens understand their abilities, focus on a career direction and develop skills toward adult independence.
