As of 3/16/20 teletherapy is offered to promote public health safety. I provide psychotherapy and evaluation services for clients of all ages with cognitive, psychological, developmental, learning and neurobehavioral disorders and needs. I am a registered nurse (in NYS) as well as a licenced psychologist (in NY and MI) with years of experience and welcome clients with serious, chronic and complex health conditions. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psycholgy from Columbia University, an Internship and Fellowship at Cornell University Medical College.

I specialize in Psychological & Neuropsychological testing for children & adults, and in treating adults for insomnia, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, chronic pain, and adjustment to major life events. I provide individual and couples therapy and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT-I for Insomnia, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Couples Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. I base my interventions on individual needs, and I strive to be compassionate and understand each client's unique strengths & values. I value collaborating with clients in treatment and welcome feedback to improve the process.

In my current practice, I provide a range of evaluation services including comprehensive evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), cognitive assessments, assessments of adaptive and social/emotional functioning, and more. My focus is on trauma and attachment issues, especially those related to adoption and foster care. I always begin with a thorough assessment that includes assessment the seven domains that may be affected by Complex Trauma. In addition I work extensively with families of teenagers on relationships, family conflicts, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, and school issues.

Constance J. Rose, Ph.D., received her Doctorate in Philosophy from Palo Alto University and her Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. Within inpatient, outpatient, community mental health and private practice settings, she has served culturally diverse individuals, couples, and families experiencing severe mental illness, identity-based stress, intergenerational trauma, domestic/intimate partner violence, mood and anxiety disorders, and acculturation distress.

Trained in child development and neuropsychology, Dr. Keller has been providing psychological services to children and families for over 35 years. His expertise focuses on the social, emotional, and behavioral issues that children experience. He has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on his research on the differential diagnosis of ADHD, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, and related learning and attention problems. Dr. Keller was the founder of one of the largest group Psychology practices in Western New York before recently relocating to Naples, Florida.

I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience with teens and adults. I have worked with patients to be more focused and efficient and unlock more of their minds' potential. At times, this has included diagnosis of ADHD. Some of my patients avoided others due to social anxiety, or struggled with free-floating anxious thoughts of any type. A majority of these patients found ways to live and interact with others in ways they had only dreamed of. Through mindful acceptance, patients have been able to recruit their own power for self-healing and enjoy a life based on gratitude and being of help to others.
