I work to provide individualized and active therapeutic assessment and intervention based on strengths and needs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disruption, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, adjustment disorders, parenting problems, suicidal ideation and self-injurious behavior, and anger management.

I specialize in First Responders. I personally have 20 years experience as a EMT/Firefighter mostly volunteer, 15 years experience as with Emergency Management agency volunteer, and 30 years experience as a law enforcement officer working with a county department and a city department. I have worked with teenagers. I work with adults mostly. Emotional problems go undetected until they become a major problem. I work with preventive, crisis, and post crisis. I believe in Positive Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused. I am a registered state provider for drug and alcohol treatment and assessments.
