I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families on a wide range of personal and interpersonal issues. Some people have a clear idea of the problem they want to address, and others are simply experiencing too much difficulty and only know that something needs to change. In either case, I explore their individual experiences and perspectives, and what they would like out of the therapeutic process before collaboratively developing the interventions and tools that best meet their needs.

I have been in private practice since 1992. Prior to earning my doctorate in clinical psychology, I was an elementary school teacher for seven years. About 70 percent of my current practice is with children and teens and 30 percent with adults, families, and couples. I absolutely love my vocation!
