With over 20 years experience providing comprehensive psychological assessments, Psychological Assessment Services specializes in assessing cognitive functioning and identifying Dyslexia, learning disabilities as well as attention and concentration difficulties (ADHD) that may result in behavioral or social issues. We provide testing accommodations where appropriate. We also perform pre-adoption evaluations, competency evaluations and pre-surgical evaluations including for surrogate and egg donor/sperm donors. We can provide expert court testimony, return to work, fitness for duty and workers comp evaluations.
When faced with concerns regarding your or a child's performance in school, psychoeducational testing may be warranted. It can help college or graduate school students who are struggling academically to determine learning disabilities and assist them in receiving testing accommodations. I am able to provide expert witness testimony for competency issues.
Dr. Tansman will meet with you for an initial session in which she will gather all relevant history and current symptoms. The testing is then tailored to the referral question. After testing is completed, a comprehensive report with recommendations will be provided and any questions or concerns will be addressed during the final session.
