With over 30 years of experience helping people with a wide variety of psychological problems, there's a very good chance I can help you, too. As a scientist-practitioner, my job is to bring the findings of psychological science to helping people with real-world problems. As such, it's important to keep a focus on what it is you're trying to change and then apply scientifically validated methods to help you reach your goals.
I have several areas of particular expertise including sexual behavior problems, life crises, abuse, and neurodevelopmental problems. I have also worked with many people who've faced a variety of life's problems and helped them regain their footing and succeed in creating a rewarding and fulfilling life.
In addition to therapy, I also have much experience doing general psychological evaluations and forensic evaluations/consulting. I also have many years experience working with various legal issues and rendering expert opinions in both criminal and civil contexts.
