Therapy can be a path to wellness and positive change. I enjoy working with clients experiencing emotional stress stemming from anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I assist clients in gaining insight into their situations then setting goals to clarify and target problem behaviors. Therapy provides a safe space to explore challenges and gain control over emotions and behaviors.
My areas of specialty include the treatment of: depression, anxiety, insomnia, coping with chronic illness, grief, loss and life transitions. Life takes unexpected turns and leaves us ill prepared to cope with the challenges associated with those changes. I work closely with my clients to help tailor therapy to their individual needs.
All people have the fundamental capacity for change. Using a holistic, strength-based therapy approach, I help clients gain the courage to change in a safe and supportive environment.
