Although experiences of life, including trauma, anxiety, or depression as well as changes or expansions of our responsibilities may impact how we think, feel, and behave these life experiences, while overwhelming at times, can also lead to the greatest growth, discovery, and reclaiming confidence and perhaps above all discovering that life is truly meaningful even while imperfect.
