I specialize in teens who are “too much” for everyone else, military-connected people tired of being told to just adapt, and people whose past keeps showing up in their present. Maybe you're angry, shut down, overwhelmed, impulsive, or holding it together while quietly falling apart. I’m not here to judge you, lecture you, or tell you to “just think positive" or "take a deep breath". We’ll get curious about what’s underneath, make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, and find practical ways forward that actually fit your life.

As a Filipino therapist and daughter of immigrants, I bring a culturally humble and trauma informed perspective. I work with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, including military connected clients, and tailor therapy to what feels most meaningful to you.
