I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. My approach is highly relational and strengths-based, while also grounded in evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed lens.
I aim to create a space where each client feels seen, heard, and understood. I meet clients where they are with a compassionate, grounding presence, building a foundation of felt safety from which we can explore areas of feeling stuck, develop tools for resilience, and foster meaningful growth and connection.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, along with mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. For clients who desire it, I can integrate a Christian faith-based perspective into sessions.
