As an autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) person myself, I am passionate about helping my clients embrace their authenticity and navigate their unique lives with vibrance and self-confidence. My practice is a supportive and inclusive space designed to be neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming. I support clients with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Bipolar, and trauma.
I use an integrative approach including Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, somatic awareness, and expressive arts. I encourage my clients to build awareness of their body sensations, thoughts, and feelings, and help them identify and use different coping skills that work for them. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed.
Being a human in today’s world can be so challenging. I welcome all feelings in the therapeutic space. In our sessions, you and I will explore who you are, and help you build the skills to meet your goals.
