Infertility struggles, difficult pregnancies, unexpected birth experiences, relationships with our own childhood caregivers, and postpartum mood disorders influence how we show up with our infants, toddlers, and children. My goal is to help you settle into a relationship with your child that meets their AND your social and emotional needs. This may also involve addressing changing relationships with your spouse, family, and friends. I offer therapy services in-home (depending on location) and via telehealth. Learn more about my services and philosophy at www.rootedco.co. Insurance accepted.
My passion is to help parents and their infants/toddlers create strong, healthy relationships full of delight, based in the science of attachment. Your needs matter too! I provide evidence-informed, attachment-based therapy, strategies, and support in the prenatal, postpartum, and parenting phases of life.
Reach out! There is a lot of noise out there about the "best" ways to parent, often not based in science or recognition that every family is unique. We can sort through the noise and tap into your own intuition and goals. Call/text to schedule a consult or first appointment!
