Telehealth or Walking Therapy. I understand finding the right therapist is a daunting process; that's why I respond to all inquiries within two business days and provide all prospective clients with referrals if I am not the best fit for your needs. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds who are committed to doing the work in and out of session. From a psychodynamic/psychoanalytical theoretical approach, I incorporate neuroscience, skills and techniques from DBT and CBT, and somatic and mindfulness practices into all of my work to ensure clients have the right tools to improve their wellbeing, mindsets, and lives.
As a therapist, I am warm, nonjudgmental, and direct. I am a real person who will engage with you, champion you, and challenge you. My experience and education combines with my love of connecting with people and their minds to balance the art and science of therapy, promoting genuine progress and success in a caring environment.
Telehealth is available for anyone who prefers it, and I also offer "walk-and-talk" therapy, where we have some or all of our sessions while walking in a park, benefiting from the evidence-based positive impact of nature and movement. Have any questions or just tired of reading therapy jargon? Reach out for a phone consultation so we can chat.
