I help clients navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, depression, and attachment wounds who are seeking relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of balance. My ideal client longs for peace, confidence, emotional safety, and freedom from patterns that keep them stuck. I use EMDR to help process painful memories, shift negative beliefs, and restore a sense of safety within. Alongside Internal Family Systems, somatic breathwork, and mind-body practices, I also support clients exploring psychedelic and ketamine integration as part of their healing journey.
