I believe wholeheartedly in the resilience of my clients, and that means I know that you are the expert in your own life. My role as a therapist is simply to help restore your confidence in yourself through a lens of compassion, creativity, humor (at times), and non-judgement. You already have all that you need - I'm just here to help you access it! And because sometimes talking just doesn't cut it, I love using art, writing, and other creative mediums to help de-mystify the therapy space and help clients express themselves a little easier. Therapy should work for YOU, not the other way around.
I strive to offer inclusive and affirming space for all genders, sexualities, and racial ethnicities, and I consider it both an immense honor and privilege that I am allowed to join each one of my clients in their journey of healing and growth. No matter where you are, I am here to meet you there as your biggest ally and advocate.
