I have experience working with all ages, but focus on individuals older than 14 years old.
I draw on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed modalities to create a safe and empowering space. I also use person-centered approaches to provide wholistic treatment that is tailored to the client.
