The therapy process takes both bravery and vulnerability. Whether you find yourself feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, struggling with negative self-talk, or interpersonal conflict, my goal is to help you find healing. I work with with individuals, couples, and families, to understand how our environment, experiences, culture, and relationships affect our thoughts and behaviors.
I take an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from multiple different modalities in order to meet each client's individual needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to not only treat symptoms but to identify the roots of their cognitions and behaviors. I am also a certified Level 2, Gottman Method Couples Therapist.
I have worked with a variety of clients experiencing life transitions, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. Wherever you may be on your journey, I strive to provide a safe and encouraging environment to aid your journey toward restoration. I look forward to working with you!
