Accepting new clients for either in-person or telehealth therapy. My office is located in downtown Ithaca. I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate challenges such as: depression and anxiety, trauma (including race and adoptee related trauma), relationship struggles, sex and sexual health concerns, chronic illness/pain, and academic pressure.
I strive to create a safe and affirming space, with a focus on supporting BIPOC, queer, and adopted individuals.

My approach to therapy is rooted in systems theory, which looks at how all parts of your life (family, friends, school, community, even social media) are connected and impact you. I use systems theory in conjunction with cognitive approaches to explore how your relationships and environments shape your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors.
If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, together we can explore the patterns shaping your life and build a path towards clarity, healing, and growth. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
