Hi there! Welcome! I've been in the mental health field for 9 years. I am trained in many areas and working with all ages. I strive to help others navigate what they are going through. I am here to provide a safe, calm, caring space so together we can help you get to the place you want to be or to gain the inner healing and peace you're needing. I have training in domestic abuse, trauma-informed CBT, EMDR, diagnosing children, autism, ADHD, & clinical supervision. I am trained to diagnose autism and 0-5yr olds. I'm happy to integrate your faith or meditation. I diagnose autism & adhd for adults & children. I also offer life coaching & Christian counseling. I have a strong Christian faith.
I have been to therapy and overcame some of my own struggles, anxieties and life transitions. I am a mom and wife.
