I am so glad you are here. Whether you are navigating life transitions, anxiety, sexuality concerns, or grief-I am here to walk along side you. I believe in the mind/body connection and that healing is a holistic experience that involves the mind, body, and spirit. As a therapist that believes all people have the power to heal, I take a collaborative approach to individual and couples therapy and work to meet clients where they are. It is an honor to hold healing space with you.

I specialize in working with peri and postpartum folks, expansive sexuality and gender, relationships issues, women's issues, and chronic illnesses such HIV/AIDS. I work to meet clients where they are and utilize interventions that are most fitting to their needs however I do gravitate towards psychodynamic, CBT, systems, and EMDR approaches.
