Hi there, I'm Tessa! I work primarily with adolescents and young adults to help them identify roadblocks on their path to success. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, anxiety over school performance, challenging family dynamics, or cycles of intrusive thoughts, I am here to help.
I specialize in working with young people with anxiety and depression, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ identifying folks. I believe that we all have strengths that we rely on, no matter our situation, and I think it's important to identify those strengths and focus treatment on enhancing them.
In our sessions, I will focus on whatever you are bringing to the space that day, with the backing of evidence-based techniques and interventions. I believe in working with the whole self and enjoy incorporating somatic approaches into my work. I am also trained in EMDR and other trauma interventions. Let's see how we can grow together!
