Being a generalist gives me a wide breadth of experience to draw from. My clients have healed from periods of depression, anxiety, and loss. I have walked people through the various stages of abusive relationships, divorce, and big life changes. I look forward to working with you, and seeing how life unfolds in new and wonderful ways.
My style is drawn from a variety of theories. I lean heavily on therapies which emphasize the client-therapist relationship as an agent for healing, and illuminate the powerful influence of early/important relationships on our selfhood.
