I enjoy assisting others in embarking in a health journey.I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Professional Art Therapist. I have worked in community mental health and private practice settings for a number of years assisting individuals, couples, and families.
Assist in providing psycho education, structure, improving a sense of well being and self acceptance. Therapy is able to be fun and productive to assist with growth and movement.
I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT and Art Therapy. I also am a Licensed LPCC-S Supervisor. I utilize these techniques to assist individuals in learning how to confront life stressors, gaining new perspectives, increase emotional regulation, interpersonal and distress tolerance skills. Most importantly, learning how love, and honor yourself in all areas.
I meet individuals where they are in their process. I feel honored when I am invited to be part of that process and promote growth, closure, opportunity and a positive sense of self. Together, as a team, I believe anything is possible. I truly believe in the power of choice. I like to make the therapeutic process fun and goal oriented.
